Summer Chicken from Andrea Davis
Serving size: 6-8 people
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
6 bonelss, skinless chicken breasts (if large, cut in half)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoons grainy mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
1 gloves garlic, crushed
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 6-24 hours. Cook on a hot grill for 6/7 minutes on each side. This recipe can easily be cut in half for smaller portions.
This is a favorite marinade of ours that we've been making this summer. I got it from a friend from church. I also love it because you typically have all these items on hand. I usually fix it up the night before and let it marinade up really well for the following day.
